In Pillar 3 of the Wellness on Purpose Program, we focus on different types of stress, the impact of chronic stress on the body, and ways to adapt when experiencing symptoms of stress.
This pillar of the program will be lead by wellness experts including,
a Nutritionist, Registered Social Worker, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher,
Registered Kinesiologist, and Breathwork Facilitator.

Marissa Laughlin.
Marissa Laughlin, RHN & FDN-P, is a Functional Nutritionist with training in functional lab testing and natural approaches to supporting gut health, hormones, and metabolism. Over the last eight years, Marissa has shared her expertise with clients in the areas of IBS, acne, celiac, chronic constipation, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, brain fog, inflammation and more.
During this program, Marissa is joined by other healthcare professionals who share their knowledge and expertise in their specific areas of interest.
